Business Description
Holistic Psychotherapy
Therapy offers a space in which to open yourself to your vulnerabilities and strengths, be seen, heard, and held through your pain and triumphs, and to be honored for all that you are. Open yourself to the experience of more compassion, love and joy.
I specialize in working with young adult women and men. I assist clients through helping them develop more skillfulness in working through past and current challenges, deepening self-understanding, releasing limiting patterns of behavior and thinking, and learning to listen to and trust the wisdom of their heart. I combine traditional "talk therapy" with other healing arts practices and teachings, such as body-awareness, creative/expressive arts approaches, meditation, yoga, and breathwork, as appropriate. Learning to draw upon these and other tools, clients become able to carry on the precious work of healing themselves well beyond the therapy hour.
Women's healing circles are offered once a month on the new moon. These circles include a variety of healing practices, including kundalini yoga/meditation, art, dance, poetry, divine feminine/goddess energy work, and the creation of supportive community. Contact me for more information and dates.
